Box purchases & subscription terms.
The box, the two purchase options and how to cancel.
Current offer
Subscribe: $29.99 for Box 2 and $29.99 for the December box. Box 2 is billed now and the December box one month later. Then $39.99 every three months, delivered. Cancel anytime. The first quarterly charge is 26 February 2027, or a later quarterly date at least a week after your second payment. Quarterly charges repeat in late May, August, November and February.
Try Box 2 once: $39.99 delivered. One payment, one box, no subscription or recurring charge.
Your box
Each box contains 6 to 10+ 3D-printed items. Themes and mixes vary; illustrative artwork is identified on the product page. Box 1: Halloween is sold out. New orders start with Box 2: Internet favourites, followed by the December Christmas box for subscribers.
Billing and payment
Square handles payments. The one-off option charges $39.99 once and creates no subscription. Subscriptions save a card securely with Square: $29.99 now, $29.99 one month later, then $39.99 quarterly. There is no requirement to stay for both introductory boxes. Existing subscribers retain the terms accepted at signup, including their original three introductory boxes.
A subscription confirmation does not by itself prove successful payment. If Square asks you to update payment details, follow its billing email or contact us. Each successful payment pays for one box in your subscription sequence; a renewal before an earlier parcel arrives does not replace the box already paid for.
Dispatch
Australian delivery included. All prices AUD. Box 2 dispatches early November 2026. Dispatch is when we send your box, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Box 2 orders reserve the early November dispatch. The second introductory subscription box dispatches in December. Quarterly boxes follow after that. See our shipping and dispatch rules.
Cancel future renewals
Use My account, request a secure link with your signup email, or use the private management link given at checkout. You do not need to create an account to cancel. You can also contact support@plasticcrap.com.au.
Cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a payment already taken or cancel a paid box. Contact us about those separately. Your Australian consumer rights continue to apply.
Your details
Supply a correct Australian delivery address and keep it current. Saved address changes may not reach a box already being prepared or shipped, so contact support about an imminent delivery. Keep account and management links private.
3D-printed toys: handling and breakage
Our toys are 3D printed and have delicate parts that can break. Unpack them gently, support the main body, and do not force joints or pull small parts. Avoid drops, impacts and rough handling. Stop using a broken item and keep loose or sharp pieces out of reach of children.
We do not offer returns, replacements or refunds for damage caused by accidental drops, rough handling or misuse after opening. Simply opening the box or taking an item out does not remove your rights if it was faulty, arrived damaged, was not reasonably durable or otherwise failed a consumer guarantee. Contact us if you believe a breakage is due to a product fault.
