Subscription terms.
The monthly box, recurring price and how to cancel.
AUD $29.99 per month for the first three monthly payments, then AUD $39.99 per month until cancelled. Australian delivery is included. This is not a single $29.99 payment for three months.
Your monthly box
Each month’s selection contains 6 to 10+ 3D-printed items. The theme and mix vary; the product page explains the current offer and identifies illustrative artwork. Plasty is included in your first box, with new interchangeable parts in later boxes.
Billing
Your first payment is billed at signup. Square then bills monthly and emails billing information to your signup address. There is no requirement to stay for all three introductory months. The subscription continues at $39.99 from month four unless cancelled.
A subscription confirmation does not by itself prove a successful payment. If Square asks you to update payment details, follow the instructions in its billing email or contact us. Each successful monthly subscription payment pays for one box in your subscription sequence. A renewal before your first parcel arrives does not replace the box already paid for. We dispatch boxes after confirming payment.
Dispatch
The first Halloween boxes dispatch from 6 October 2026. Dispatch is when a parcel leaves us, not a promised delivery date.
Halloween signups are accepted through 16 October 2026, 11:59 pm Australia/Sydney time. Dispatch starts on 6 October. Orders received from 6 to 16 October are prepared and sent individually as they come in, after payment is confirmed. This is not a same-day dispatch or arrival guarantee. Cancel future renewals
Use My account, request a secure link with your signup email, or use the private management link given at checkout. You do not need to create an account to cancel. You can also contact support@plasticcrap.com.au.
Cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a payment already taken or cancel a paid box. Contact us about those separately. Your Australian consumer rights continue to apply.
Your details
Supply a correct Australian delivery address and keep it current. Saved address changes may not reach a box already being prepared or shipped, so contact support about an imminent delivery. Keep account and management links private.
3D-printed toys: handling and breakage
Our toys are 3D printed and have delicate parts that can break. Unpack them gently, support the main body, and do not force joints or pull small parts. Avoid drops, impacts and rough handling. Stop using a broken item and keep loose or sharp pieces out of reach of children.
We do not offer returns, replacements or refunds for damage caused by accidental drops, rough handling or misuse after opening. Simply opening the box or taking an item out does not remove your rights if it was faulty, arrived damaged, was not reasonably durable or otherwise failed a consumer guarantee. Contact us if you believe a breakage is due to a product fault.
