Orders, delivery and subscription help
Email support@plasticcrap.com.au. Include your signup email and order or subscription reference if you have one. Please don’t send card numbers, passwords or secure sign-in links.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Open My account and request a secure sign-in link using your subscription email. You can stop future renewals without creating an account. Your private management link also works.
Cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Email support if you need help with a payment or a box already paid for.
Something wrong with your box?
Email us with the issue and, if practical, a photo. We’ll help with damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing items. Contact us for the correct return address and instructions before posting a parcel.

We currently deliver within Australia. Australian delivery is included in the monthly subscription price.
